Ordering your dress

Here is your step-by-step guide to ordering your wedding dress from Audrey Austen Bridal.

 1. Choose your dress size and colour, then click Add to Cart.
 2. Add in your measurement details to the notes section along with any comments or special requests.
 3. Enter all contact details and double check that your email and address are correct. 
 4. Payments can be made by credit card or Pay Pal.
 5. When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and check your measurements and match it to our size guide.
 6. Once we have confirmed your order, we will start making arrangements for your dress to be made and delivered.

Production Time

We want to ensure that you receive the highest of quality and standard, so our dresses take around 4 months to be made. For any questions on timelines and delivery dates please email info@audreyaustenbridal.com

Timing and Delivery

We advise that you order your Audrey Austen Bridal dress timely before your wedding. This is so you have time to receive the dress (4 months) and have time for any alterations. So ideally, at the very minimum, 6 months before your wedding date.


Australia - We offer free shipping to our Australian Brides. When your dress is ready, we will contact you and send you the tracking details. Signature is required upon delivery.

International - Shipping costs outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the buyer. Orders shipped internationally will incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
