Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.

By purchasing Goods from Audrey Austen Bridal, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Should a Buyer’s purchase be carried out on a linked website, then that purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of use applicable to the linked website. 

2. Conditions
The Buyer must be aged 18 or over for the purchase of Goods.

3. Orders
It is important that the Buyer provides Audrey Austen Bridal with all size and measurement requirements so there is no confusion. Please ensure accurate and current contact details are supplied.

All orders pursuant to these Terms and Conditions are subject to acceptance by Audrey Austen Bridal. After an order and payment is received, the Buyer shall confirm the order via email. Confirmation emails and receipt of purchase shall be sent to the Buyer. 

4. Payment
Audrey Austen Bridal accepts payments made via PayPal, bank transfer (by prior arrangement) or credit card. 

Buyers who make payment via PayPal are redirected from the Site to a secure PayPal site. Buyers are not required to have an account with PayPal to make payment. Once payment has been made, PayPal issues a receipt via email. Buyers may be asked by PayPal to supply certain information relevant to their purchase, including the Buyer’s credit card number, the expiration date of the Buyer’s credit card, the Buyer’s billing address, and Buyer’s shipping information. 

The Buyer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment means used to initiate any purchase of Goods.

Any personally identifiable information provided by the Buyer, will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting such information, the Buyer grants Audrey Austen Bridal the right to provide only relevant information to third parties for the purposes of facilitating the completion of the purchase of Goods initiated by the Buyer or on the Buyer’s behalf and any other order fulfilment purpose.

Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgement or completion of any purchase.

5. Pricing
Audrey Austen Bridal reserves the right to adjust the price of Goods without notice.

Prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Audrey Austen Bridal shall not be liable to anyone for adjusting the prices of any Goods on the Site. All pricing is subject to change up until the time the Buyer places an order and completes payment.

6. Shipping
Audrey Austen Bridal offers free shipping within Australia. 

For international orders, all shipping charges to destinations outside Australia will be borne by the Buyer. Buyers who reside outside of Australia accept liability for any standard shipping charges, foreign currency exchange variations, stamp duties, import duties, customs charges and taxes applicable to the country in which they reside.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays.

7. Refunds
Audrey Austen Bridal Goods are strictly made to order, therefore Audrey Austen Bridal does not refund if the Buyer changes their mind. Should a Buyer receive a faulty or damaged item, they may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition, which includes packaging. All Goods will be inspected upon return.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered after consultation and approved by Audrey Austen Bridal under the following circumstances.
    1. If the goods become unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time-frame.
    2. If the goods received by the Buyer are damaged or defective.
    3. If the goods do not comply with the specifications on the Buyer's order.

All refunds must be approved by Audrey Austen Bridal and will be made within 30 days after receipt of the Goods.

For returning Goods for refund or replacement, a notification via email must be received from the Buyer within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Photographic evidence must accompany the email notification to substantiate any defects or damage.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and free of alteration. The Goods must be packed and returned to Audrey Austen Bridal in the original packaging. Goods not packaged adequately, showing signs of wear, alterations or damage will not be accepted.

Unaccepted returned goods will be sent back to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense. If the Buyer decides at any stage to not proceed with the order the deposit is non-refundable. 

8. Products
Audrey Austen Bridal reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the website at any time. Products available for sale are custom-made. The finished Goods may vary slightly from the design shown on the website and no guarantee will be given that finished Goods will be an exact or perfect replica of the product image shown on the website.

9. Measurements and Alterations
Audrey Austen Bridal holds no responsibility for inaccurate measurements provided by the Buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to determine any weight loss or gain and order the appropriate size. 

All alterations are to be covered by the Buyer. Audrey Austen Bridal accepts no responsibility for faults, damage, change of mind or otherwise once a dress has been altered.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Audrey Austen Bridal is entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by a Buyer upon making a prior purchase.
